Terms of Service

TickerMint provides market information about trading cards for educational and entertainment purposes. It is not financial advice. Card prices are volatile, data can lag or contain errors, and past movement never guarantees future prices. Any decision to buy or sell cards is yours alone.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features at any time. Don't abuse the service (no scraping at disruptive rates, no attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer paid features).

Digital pack ripping is a free entertainment feature. Mintlings cards are digital collectibles with no monetary value, no cash-out, and no secondary market. Pull rates are published on the packs page.

TickerMint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, The Pokemon Company, Bandai, Toei Animation, Shueisha, The Walt Disney Company, Ravensburger, Riot Games, TCGplayer, or eBay. Pokemon, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Riftbound, and Gundam card names and images shown for identification are the property of their respective owners. Price data reflects publicly available marketplace information.

Affiliate disclosure: TickerMint participates in the eBay Partner Network and the TCGplayer affiliate program. When you click an outbound eBay or TCGplayer link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects the prices, estimates, or rankings we show: data comes first, links second.

Premium subscription:TickerMint Premium is a paid plan billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel anytime, self-serve, from your profile ("Manage billing"); paid features remain active until the end of the period you paid for.

Privacy Policy

What we collect: your email address if you create an account or join a newsletter; your watchlist, portfolio, and binder contents (that is the product); an anonymous random identifier (cookie) so your pack collection and streak persist; standard server logs (IP, user agent) kept briefly for abuse prevention.

Payments: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we store only a Stripe customer reference and your plan status.

What we don't do: sell your data or share anything with data brokers.

Cookies: our own cookies are functional (your session and your anonymous pack identifier), plus one random visitor id we use to compare page designs; clearing them logs you out and resets your album and streak. Free visitors may also see ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this and other sites; you can turn off personalized ads at adssettings.google.com and learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Premium members see no ads.

Affiliate links: some buy links (TCGplayer, eBay, Amazon) earn us a commission when you purchase, at no cost to you. It never changes a price we show.

Why we use it: to run your account and the features you use (watchlist, portfolio, alerts, scans), to send the emails you asked for, to prevent abuse, and to count visits in aggregate so we know what to fix.

Who receives it: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and, only when you use a scan or Ask the desk, the AI model provider that reads the photo or question (Google models via OpenRouter). Photos are not stored after the scan; questions and answers are kept to measure quality and meter the daily allowance. In the iPhone app, Sentry receives crash reports (device model, iOS version and the error, not your identity). Nothing is sold.

iPhone app installs:if you installed the app from an Apple Search Ads ad, Apple tells us which campaign and keyword led to the install, never who you are. We use it only to count which ads work. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

AI assistants and the API:the public API and the TickerMint connector for ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants (the MCP server at api.tickermint.cards/mcp) need no account and ask for no personal data. A connector call carries only the tool name and what the assistant passes to it, such as a card name or id; we never receive your conversation, your assistant account or your identity. Each request is logged briefly with the calling IP address (usually the assistant provider's server, not yours), user agent and the request itself, for rate limiting, abuse prevention and fixing errors; requests that fail may be sent to our error tracker (Sentry). Our network provider, Cloudflare, carries this traffic. We do not build profiles from these requests, link them to accounts, or sell them.

How long we keep it: account data, including your scan and Ask history, for as long as the account exists, and all of it is erased when you delete the account; server and API request logs rotate automatically and are overwritten, typically within days, and error reports are kept no longer than 90 days.

Your controls:turn off emails from any email's unsubscribe link or your settings; delete your account and everything tied to it from your profile at any time; or email us to export or delete your data.
