Case Goods Hit New Highs, Reverse Holos Do Cartwheels
Sealed case product keeps grinding to record territory while a pile of reverse holofoils posted triple-digit weekly swings that look more like stale-book repricing than demand shocks.

ATH Watch
Five names are parked at essentially -0.0% off their peak — Gardevoir at $544.00 (ATH $544.01), Charizard ex Super-Premium Collection Case at $349.98 (ATH $349.99), Unified Minds Prerelease Kit at $349.15 (ATH $349.16), POP Series 3 Pack at $159.94 (ATH $159.95), and Chaos Rising 3-Pack Blister Case at $599.93 (ATH $599.98). Sitting one rounding error from a record isn't a breakout — it's a stall.

Top of the board: Blaziken +102.9% ($60.74 → $123.24), Tangela +97.5% ($8.16 → $16.12), Dark Houndoom - 37/109 (Prerelease) +86.3% ($110.00 → $204.98), Rayquaza ex +85.4% ($210.31 → $389.85), Zapdos +84.9% ($324.50 → $600.00), Mr. Mime E4 +83.0% ($5.83 → $10.67), Sableye +82.9% ($33.47 → $61.20), Dark Arbok +82.5% ($69.79 → $127.34), Blastoise +81.3% ($33.08 → $59.99), Slowpoke +81.1% ($26.99 → $48.89).
Most of that list carries a solo_variant: true flag — Blaziken, Tangela, Zapdos, Mr. Mime E4, Sableye, Dark Arbok, and Slowpoke all moved alone while sibling printings stayed put. Read that as a printing getting re-tagged or a single sale skewing the mark, not a coordinated bid on the card.
Losers, 7d
Nidoking (H18) -47.8% ($229.99 → $120.00), Dragonair - 52/146 (State Championships) -44.5% ($404.50 → $224.63), Marshtomp - 41/109 -41.5% ($22.00 → $12.87), Team Aqua's Manectric - 29/95 -41.2% ($21.24 → $12.49), Alakazam -41.1% ($237.50 → $139.81), Suicune & Entei Legend LEGEND (95) - 2011 (Ross Cawthon) -38.6% ($39.99 → $24.54), Mega Greninja ex Premium Collection -37.6% ($89.16 → $55.66), Rayquaza C - 8/147 (Cracked Ice) -34.3% ($195.42 → $128.48), Nidoran M -32.5% ($119.95 → $80.93), Vaporeon (12) -32.0% ($168.24 → $114.33).
Marshtomp, Team Aqua's Manectric, Nidoran M, and Vaporeon (12) are also solo-variant moves — down alone, siblings unmoved. Consistent story on both sides of the ledger: single-print repricing, not a market verdict.
1-Day Spikes
Zapdos +84.9% in a day ($324.50 → $600.00, solo variant), Piplup - 20/25 +63.5% ($5.29 → $8.65, solo variant), Dragonair (Delta Species) - 28/101 (Prerelease) +57.7% ($65.00 → $102.50), Dragonair +57.4% ($22.04 → $34.69, solo variant), Nidorina +57.2% ($69.99 → $109.99, solo variant). Four of five are solo-variant prints. A one-day 84.9% jump on a single listing isn't conviction, it's a data point looking for company.
